So tonight I'm debating whether to et my last piec of Xanax. Trying to decide whether to eat it tonight, Which is my last night before staying with relatives abroad for two weeks. I fly tomorrow, so I could eat it then. What you guys think? Haha. Probably eat it tonight but we shall see.

Haha no writer not at all a regular habit. I am not foolish with benzodiazipines as I once was. I ended up eating the 1mg of alprozolam I had. Felt nice for a little, effects have dulled and are subtle. I am def going to get a restful sleep tonight.
