yes for some of us it's a concern because the tiny dribble is unacceptable and not fun. I really wish I could shoot a load myself. No doubt women like that than the old dribble

 

I used to hook up with a guy who took something called Roplex, and he could shoot like a firehose. He said it helped him - I don't know if it really did, or it was all in his head and he was naturally one of those guys who could get it in his own eye if he wasn't careful.
