I had a bacon, cheese, chicken and lettuce roll on a freshly naked roll..
It was really nice and a shame I haven't been feeling too great the past 24hrs because I think it's the best one I have actually had.

Smoked sausages with perogies, sauerkraut, corn relish and steamed broccoli.

I am going to BBQ steaks tomorrow night instead as when I went to the butchers the sausages looked too good to pass up. :)

For breakfast I had a sardine casserole concoction with onions red pepper, kale, mushrooms, and an egg broiled on top. I actually got the bones of the recipe from a fellow hipforumer. It was my first time trying sardines and they were not as scary as I had anticipated.

    A pb and j sandwich

And a roast with carrots and potatoes

After I worked out I had my usual chocolate whey protein shake (with chia, hemp, flaxseed, superfood powder and MCT oil), then for dinner I had steamed broccoli and a grass-fed NY strip steak. For dessert I had some walnut butter and some Lindt 90% dark chocolate. Before I go to work tonight, I will have about four raw eggs, some coconut oil, and an avocado.

I'm not sure what makes american pancakes american, but I suspect mine are just regular pancakes.

Ok, seems dutch pancakes look more like french crepes. I've seen crepes at german festivals and they pour apple sauce (which dutch people love but not on their pancakes) on it! That is not good. American pancakes looks smaller and thicker.

    I love those.

We call them crepes, in America. I prefer crepes to pancakes. Especially with strawberries.
