Lately I've been a nudist in an on and off sort of fashion and feel as if though I'm not nude often enough and I'll even come up with excuses not to be nude which I find frustrating. Sleeping nude and that being comfortable and the free spirited nature of nudity is whats keeping my interest alive. Do any of you experience a similar experience?
There's ups and downs, depending on your mood. Don't make a big deal about it and no need for a strike either..... too cold these days anyway. One good thing is that you always have the option to change you mind just by getting naked. If for some reason, you still can't be happy, there's shrinks out there for that kind of stuff cheers
The "free spirited nature of nudity" is what you need to hold onto. If you're feeling bad about not being nude, or bing nude (it isn't totally clear which it is that you're having most trouble with) then I think you're taking it way too seriously.
Not being nude, perhaps I am being too serious about it. As they always say being a nudist is a mindset.
It is hard to be a nudist in the winter time. I know that for me I would much rather be warm and clothed than naked and cold. I still sleep naked everyday, and will wander around the house naked if the weather warms up a little here and there, but, for the most part, now in the winter time I do not practice nudism very much at all. I don't feel as though I'm on strike, I feel as though I am being sensible. There is no fun in trying to sit on the cold leather sofa shivering through a TV show when it is 33 outside and the thermostat is set on 65 inside. I will wear my flannel robe and socks to stay warm and be happy. Being a nudist does not mean that you have to be naked all the time it means that you are naked when you want to be and that you enjoy the time you get to spend naked no matter how long or short that time is. Warm weather is just around the corner, pretty soon we will be back in the warm season and we will all be happily naked again. Until then, put on a robe, throw a extra quilt on the bed, and wait it out...naked time is just around the bend!
There are only two times I like to be nude--when I'm asleep or when I'm awake. :2thumbsup::2thumbsup:
