Hm, my ear still feels weird after peroxide. I would advise caution with that one! However, I've still had great success with topical castor oil, colloidal silver, grapefruit seed extract, eucalyptus and so on!
Turmeric: Ease arthritis A heaping helping of curry could relieve your pain. That's because turmeric, a spice used in curry, contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory that works similarly to Cox-2 inhibitors, drugs that reduce the Cox-2 enzyme that causes the pain and swelling of arthritis, says Lee.

K I have a lot more but will have to look at my book of "Things that helped" that I have been writing for myself over the years in hopes I don't forget what worked for different issues I suffered or someone close to me suffered.
I've found that if I use lemon balm as a headache remedy, it tends to be slow acting. I make it into a tea and to me it tastes awful but it makes the headache go away
I found something for headache at a natural health store, it's in a little green glass bottle with a tiny roller ball in it, smells like some kind of mint and other stuff. You roll it on your temples and it works fast, leaves a tingle where you put it so I rub it on my neck too and smells nice and relaxing. It's called Migrastick made with pure natural essential oils.
Here are some things we use in our house: - raspberry leaf tea for increased breast milk supply - fennel tea for gas and constipation (also good for babies with said issues as it passes through the breast milk) - honey, lemon and ginger stewed in a glass jar makes a great homemade cough syrup - almonds for headache - melatonin for sleep (Superhero takes one every night) - lavender for relaxation and sleep (we put a few drops into our air purifier every evening and it knocks us out completely) - apple cider vinegar for heartburn (though I am unconvinced the pain of taking that evil stuff is any better than the heartburn) - apple cider vinegar for conditioner (oh my stars I have had the best results with it!) - baking soda for shampoo - coconut oil for damn near anything, namely: toothpaste, diaper rash, dry skin, scraped skin, etc. - aloe Vera gel as hair gel. Superhero uses this all the time and he looks so hot. - tea tree oil for dandruff (and cologne -- Superhero can attest to this) HeartBeat -- my 4yo daughter SoulBuddy -- my 4mo son Superhero -- my awesome husband

I take both, my Ginseng is the actual root and I make a tea out of it. I try to take them for maintenance on a daily basis. If I don't have Ginger around I take those ginger pills made by the Gravol company.
