A good looking man can stare and I'll take it as a compliment.

^ Don't you accept compliments from average looking men?

I don't mind it being admired.

But staring, lurking around me, that kind of thing is annoyyyyingg. I am not the type of chick to ignore it either. I will totally give a really dirty look to the guy and make him feel like I've virtually cut his balls off. Sorry it just really annoys me.

A couple looks here and there, or stealing glances - I don't mind.

    I won't notice he's staring, because I won't be staring back.

Damn i thought it would be funny to call you a creep on the post after glenglen called the other guy one. Turns out that was the last post...on the first page, pretty much making the joke so old that nobody would see the humor in it.

Never bothered my girl to get looks. If she seen a guy she liked the looks of, she might even, let him see a little more.

Any woman who wears skimpy clothing at a beach, or who goes nude at a "naturist" club, has to know that men will be looking at her, much more than if she was fully dressed. So, she is saying, in effect, "Go ahead and look, fellows! That's what it's all about!"

And all of us men who have taken wives or girlfriends to "places like that" are also saying, in effect, "Go ahead and look at her fellows! She's mine, but I'm proud of her beautiful body! I WANT you to look at her!"

I disagree. Wearing little or nothing may be about comfort or about getting an all over tan.

I was raised in a society whose mores declare staring to be rude. I expect to be looked at everywhere I go, regardless of attire. You enter people's space, they look at you. Staring, however, is ill-mannered. Deliberately behaving in a manner known to be frowned upon is anti-social. Being rude to me is NEVER complimentary, and NEVER my fault, as I do not control the behavior of others. I go nude at the beach as much because of my spirituality as because of my pleasure in having eliminated my tan lines, and lack of desire to ever see them return. It is about me, not you. I am not an object, and I object to being treated like one. Furtive glances, or a nice smile are far better social interaction, and might even inspire me to introduce myself.

I was walking on country road once with no one around with a boyfriend, and took my top off, and that is the most liberated I ever felt.....

Finns take saunas together alot nude, and I was practcally raised in one....but I am modest, and will use a towel in one, as no longer a kid....as I never feel quite that intimate with everyone.....

You don't wear a skimpy bikini if you don't want people looking, at least in public. I have been on nude beaches and stared at, I don't care. My vagina and my boobs are as much a representation of me as my face. I have had several arguments with friends who find it rude to have their boobs stared at. I don't have much to show (a-cup) but enjoy all you want.
People are just to hung upon their bodies, get over yourself.
