My approach , through trial and error chop up freshly picked P,Cubensis into container saturate with lemon squeeze , do not wait for the acid to completely soak into the zwitterionic alkaloid, about 5 minutes , put the mixture straight into the freezer , freezing cyrstalizes cellular walls (cracking them). then let thaw naturally, this procedure can be done multiple times.
