Hip Forums comes up in google search as a porn site.. I see adds in here with pics of naked women inviting you to click and be serviced by these so called women.

I don't think it is appropriate for our church to be in the middle of a porn site. If we were saving anyone from becoming waylaid by these adds, I could justify the need to be here

Somebody is paying the bills for this place. We aren't paying them. A server computer costs over 10 Grand. A building to house it in (dry, air conditioned, and heated) and an electric bill. Then a modem, router, and monthly internet connect.

Somebody has to get a thousand a month to keep this play space going forever. If ads pay for a little of it then that's what it takes. Or it could go under and then we have nothing at all.

When we are bringing in money and can pay for are own space then we can NOT have ads that we have to look at. Or we can look for another free space. Or we can pay him to place our own ads and pay him so much money that we can ask him not to show the other ads. Oh we can buy and run are own server computer.

Don't quit. I love you, respect you, trust you, need your wisdom, need you, need your force to help the world, we need you closer in making things happen. Please don't leave.

I fought for Women's Rights in the 60s/70s. Smut Peddling was not a part of Hip Forums when I joined, I was trying to get away from that crap.. Yahoo turned into and Arab Sex Ring, so, I left Yahoo.

I am not 'quitting' I am just frustrated with the situation.

Men do not have the same feelings about porn as most women have. I know there are a lot of women who like porn, but if they knew how hard we fought for equality and not just here for sexual pleasures, house work and bearing and rearing children.

Ppl who like to watch other ppl have sex is a bit sick to me. It's a private thing between TWO ppl, not a spectator sport. Casual sex is what brings unwanted pregnancies and abortions, murdering unborn babies.

How could any conscientious women agree to even participating in porn.. low self esteem I suppose. At any rate I have found an add blocker that hides the smuthounds.
