are you comfortable with all kinds of different people

It seems more like she doesn't want to be liked... or maybe more proud of her acceptance about the dislike of people around her.

 

Hm. Not sure. Well, I don't feel very liked either. When I do come across one of very few people that seem to like me then it makes me happy because it means they "get me."

 

I feel uncomfortable around fundamentalist Christians and people that are fans of 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'.

If you are comfortable with all kinds of people then they are all the same kind of people, people you are comfortable with.

i'm uncomfortable with people who romanticize aggressiveness, or see anything beyond human society in terms of money. basically i'm pretty much more comfortable completely alone then with any kind of people. but there's no other way of saying kinds of people that make sense to me.

sure there are differences of appearance, but these have nothing to do with it.

i can and do sometimes enjoy company. but its not something i feel there is anything wrong about being without. i'm much happier not to have conversational interference with thinking my own thoughts.

but human company can, in small doses, be quite gratifying. usually if they're smarter then i am and interested in what to me are interesting things.

otherwise, i just wish them well and happiness. pretty much everyone.

to me, every form of bigotry is a lack of moral character.
greed and bigotry are both forms of aggressiveness.
and so its aggressiveness that's at the root of it.
and that's what i'm never comfortable being around.

i'm pretty much comfortable with just about all kinds of non-human people too.
but its up to them if they want to be friendly toward me or not.

by leaving that up to them, a lot of times they are.

to me, words like asshole, and lack of moral character, describe the loud and aggressive, and the inconsiderate.

It is said life starts at the end of your comfort zone, so perhaps ginalee is doing the right thing?

 

I feel comfortable with all kinds of people, usually.....but not people who stalk my every move and miror every thing....Hate that....it's like something that never can be gotten rid of....

 

I guess I can answer this in another way and answer with both yes and no. It can go both ways. I'm thinking back to high school where there was different cliques and I actually felt comfortable socializing with any of these people. It's hard to classify me so I'm able to blend in with any group if I want. Now, as I'm older, I can easily dress up or down for any type of function and feel comfortable with those around me. Do I always enjoy this though? No. Do I prefer this? Not at all. I prefer the company of just one other weirdo. These days it seems I'm just a lonely weirdo.

I don't know.. I wouldn't follow in my footsteps. I lived in foster homes, homeless shelters .. I've been around a lot of strangers and in a lot of difficult situations. I can make a total stranger my very best friend. Turn them into family. What's really twisted about that is how family are strangers and strangers are family. In seriousness, that can really mess with a person. If I could have grown up in a healthy family and went on to have a stable adulthood.. I would much prefer that to the life I've lived.

 

i'm UN-comfortable with all kinds of different people. but occasionally their company is redeeming.
