I still do feel like my back is my weak point, especially my lower back.
I need to work on that, but that's a topic for a diferent thread,

 

yes it was I was diagnosed as a young child the doctor told my mom and dad your daughter has a slight curve in her back. and my parents were like wtf does this mean? they sent me too the Shriners hospital and said I needed to be braced immediately then the brace wasn't working as well so I needed surgery they put the rods in the top then my spin started curving on the bottom so they had to operate again after that I was back in the brace it went from my neck all the way down too my lower back they only time I could have it off was for swimming or a bath it was hard going to school the girl with no neck I wore allot of turtle necks to hide the brace so it looked like I had no neck
