Insisting your employees beat the meat.

Firstly my employees are not typical.
They live with me 24/7 and must work
as a team. I usually only hire two at a
time to help ensure they already get
along. Further, they typically come on
board with a lot of shame associated
self-manipulation.

I found this leads directly to them egging
each other on when ashore. They in
hire a cheap sex worker.

To help prevent this I make sure all know
there is zero shame. I even give them
time, privacy, and a computer with some
pictures/videos.

Everyone knows where a guy is going
when they borrow my computer.

In general I find the ones that borrow it
the most have the least problems.

Thoughts?

I think OP is ESL so they might have the wrong word.
Insisting would be wrong.
Suggesting and accommodating doesn't sound unreasonable in these special circumstances.

 

True I do not insist but make it known and encouraged. So thread title should read

Facilitating or encouraging employees.

There is one firm area in that no one is to bring a girl aboard. That is a real danger to the vessel. Further I must teach the new crew members that the most beautiful girls I see on shore are not girls

You guys are looking at it all wrong.
What the OP is doing is mitigating his damages and losses by trying to offer his crew another alternative to going on shore to find "relief" and risk all the health and safety concerns of visiting a prostitute in a place like the Philippines and surrounding islands.
I imagine for the most part it ain't like going to a regulated brothel in Vegas.

So rather than deal with crew who come back drunk, high, beaten, robbed, infected with god-knows-what (tuberculosis comes to mind) or end up in jail, hospital or dead, he has implemented this idea.

I think it is an attempt to deal with a problem that risks the health and safety of his crew, himself and his livelihood, and I would do the same type of thing.

In general women themselves are not the problem.
The problem comes when the boyfriend and husband
learn from their women that there is an easy mark.

The men return a few hours later and pretend to be
mad that their girlfriends were not treated right..

 

Tell your crew to handle the problem of those urges like they did when they were in their youth.

Also raise their pay with a contractual obligation that during their time on board the sailing vessels they are celibate, lest you let them go.
