its strange the hatred for thatcher especially from labour voters, you vote for people who invade and occupy foreign country's are allied to people who torture children, give trillions to banking family's but hey they are socialists so thats fine . pretty much like the socialists you see wearing soviet red stars or having as their idol lenin or such like

Maybe once upon a time, but its been a very long time since. Just another branch of the capitalist power structure now, I'm afraid. And dont they just embrace it with enthusiasm. Having said that, I dont think anybody voted Labour in the expectation that they'd allow themselves to get sucked in to Bush's foreign adventures...I think most people voted them in because they weren't Thatcher or her successor Major.
I hope she lives for another 20 years and then perhaps we'll be spared any talk of a state funeral and all the eulogies.
