There's a neat trick too for eating less and that's to eat less food than normal but then wait 20 minutes I've read it can take time for your body to register food intake and after 20 minutes although you didn't feel full at the time, you might. Maybe. I don't know. >.<

 

Well, off for awhile to jog dogs only half today...and half tomorrow...hard to fight through other people with their dogs on the weekends with my pugs and golden...so thanks to all here for now...love you all...later...lol

I am hosting dinner tomorrow so I spent the day getting organized and ready for that. I think I shall survive it.

Even though the kids are older I still hide their easter eggs around the house, a little higher up though than I use to.

 

that's awesome....tomorrow is also 420............we are staying put..first easter in years I am staying home

 

apparently the 420 fest this year, while having higher security (last year there was a gang-related shooting) they will have a lot more booths, food, and live music. they are really going all-out.

im staying home, i have plans to be downtown in a few weeks, dont like to overdo it, its too crowded down there and i get overwhelmed.
