This whole Sterling saga is so stupid. Yes what he said is asinine. I do not agree or condone it, but it was in the privacy of his home and he was 100% sure set up and illegally recorded. I also call into question player outrage when it has been known for years that he is a racist scumbag. Well I am black and it doesn't really bother be that much that he said that. Yes it is a bit weird for me however, he is entitled to his own opinion. And my family is safe and I'm not hurt or losing sleep. So he can do and say whatever he wants and as long if it's not hurting anyone, I will be fine.

 

I think the worst part of this is a person is being discriminated against for his own opinions.
So what? It's frustrating that people aren't allowed to form opinions anymore. If you don't like a certain race, you're a racist and everyone will tell you about it. If someone is homophobic they'll hear about it. Why can't anybody think for themselves anymore? It's not a crime to be homophobic or racist, it's a personal opinion on the matter. The problem is not the person in question themselves, it's every body else jumping to conclusions that aren't even their own business. Look after yourselves for Christs sake, quit ya bitching over insignificant comments from insignificant people as if it actually affects your lives or something. And if someone says something you don't agree with, let it go, it's their burden not yours.

 

I have my own opinions,but am learning to live with and tolerate people with vastly differing opinions and world-view that really clash with my own.I have people in my life who don't like gays.But I don't want to fight with them.I understand everyone is coming from somewhere.I'd just rather not be around people who are homophobic,racist,right wing and so on.A part of my mind will dislike them,but I will not generally judge.It is not for me to judge.All I ask is that you don't try to throw your violence,power trip and general disregard for human life onto me.I can be a little bit tough when I need to be,but I generally just try to get by on vibes.

Everyone in the NBA has to follow a code of ethical conduct and when the owner of an organization violates the rules he should be penalized just like everyone else.

This should also serve as a warning to anyone else who would allow such vile purification to spill out from his/her mouth.
