    Very good post!
    In a way, morality is in the eye of the beholder; based on upbringing, culture, experiences, personal beliefs etc. We are all different. :)

    Are there HONEST ETHICAL VIRTUOUS HIPPIES ?
    As a 'Child in/of the 60's', I can say; from my experience, Honesty, Ethics, and Virtue were key points to be championed, along with, peace, freedom and equality - though the road was /is always going to be rocky/treacherous -
    "if the cause just and of merit, with conviction we'll do,
    With faith and with fortune, such Dreams can come true"
    For installed in one's credo, is to continue the cycle of Revolution

    Pretty well for some people. Lot of people coming out of that scene and into human services, arts, more natural living, and so on. That's what happened with me and some others. Not all, of course. Some lost sight of the dream, got caught up in side shows, lost heart, and so on.
