i have reactions lenses in my glasses so they turn into sunglasses on sunny days. i took ages picking them out cos i have to wear them all the time so they suit me pretty well. they are flattened rectangles with quite wide arms (legs?). I also have a pair of sunglasses which are round frames like hippie glasses but with the double bridge of aviators. the glasses are flip up, tinted lenses lenses which you can flip up with plain lenses underneath (i want to get my prescription to fit the frames, right now its just plain glass) they are huge and ridiculous (especially when the lenses are flipped up), don't suit me at all and in fact make me look like some kind of giant insect. i love them.
I have a pair in my car that I "borrowed" from a friend a few years ago. Other than that I never wear them. It's kind of irritating when people wear sunglasses frequently. Can't see where they are looking or what they are thinking.
True, we now live far away from each other . I guess I could mail them but they are probably worth less than it would cost to post. Dilemma. Oh, and nice glasses rat and porkstock.
how much did you spend on those, you ostentatious, consumerist..person? they are lookin' at yer bewbs i have some crappy, blue lens sunglasses in my car for a long time, but it's because a friend left them in my car, not because i "borrowed" them. i never wore them, they sucked
I see your glasses and raise you two.. ya can never be to safe when it comes to the :sunny: harmful rays..
I've got a pair of polarized turtle-shell Ray-Ban Wayfarers. I pretty much only wear polarized lenses - they let you see fish through water better.
I can't own expensive sunglasses since I keep losing them all the time. I have a pair of sunglasses in Hawaii, Ecuador, and Switzerland.
i have the same fuckin shitty fake oakleys that i'll probably lose or break or something $5 and then theres the glasses that someone colored on my head in kmart ;} u can switch ur looks up a lot it u switch up glasses and hats
Definitely ray-bans! :2thumbsup: ..the fake plastic ray bans you can buy on the boardwalk work too haha
Large, retro-like sunglasses. Sometimes with more or less "glam" to them. (Gems, etc.) Mine are all rx though and def not cheap-$400-$500 each. At least.
Osten what? lol All my glasses cost a lot cause I gotta wear them though... if I didn't need them to see I'd buy ones that look just as good but are cheap, knock-offs. (oh and insurance covers 90% so I buy whatever I want regardless of price, lol)
Yea, I think my last ones came to about $630 w lenses, frames, anti-glare.... and I think I paid around $68 or $70 or something.
