Very true. Some people do back flies with very light weight to work the rear/posterior deltoid/shoulder which can help some minor rotator cuff problems
Less is more! You don't need 150lbs of weight to workout, Being active and having a routine you stick to works out better. I don't care how much any man or women can lift, Get a 1lbs weight and hold it in your hand. Move hand up and down with only 1lbs, You wont be able to for long regardless of muscle mass, Unless you do this type of strength training regularly.
this was my thought. getting a real cell phone video of obama working out would be damn near impossible, and that just seemed a lot like someone trying to make him look bad. if it is him exercising, good for him. but the people that use crazy light weights for cardio purposes generally don't grimace like that while doing it, and if he was recovering from an injury i can pretty much guarantee that said injury would have been top headline material for several days, so it just seems like an impersonator making a joke video is a more likely explanation than anything else.
I hate the mofo, But if that is his routine, So what? Everyone works out different and even trying to mimic another will have slightly different results. If its a person making fun of him, That's pretty sad, They sank that low! Look at dubya bush, Still runs/jogs/works out with wounded vets regularly and he getting up in age. But if you get and or stay fit, Keep fit, You have a longer chance at mobility at a higher age.
