my parents were co-dependent like that. probably why i'm so almost completely the opposite in so many ways. alone is the only way i can almost ever sleep. well the cats are ok if they don't get in the way of turning over or once they've settled down from wanting me to get up to let them in or out, but another human, even with the sex thing and all the rest of it, i just sleep better completely alone.
Lol. I got that pillow last time I was pregnant.... I didn't really use it though and don't use it now. (prefer just a small, wedge pillow instead)....Cason actually uses it.... we call it his snake pillow. Anyways, back to thread.... I go to sleep about half the time alone and the other half the time not alone. And neither one of them bothers me.
I sleep alone 99.99999% of the time. Only time we share a bed is when we have a guest sleeping on the futon. I don't think it affects my ability to fall asleep either way, but I have a lot harder of a time staying asleep if my husband isn't home. I am really glad that this tornado season has been kind of weak because I sleep like shit when he's off chasing.
Just watch a baseball game. Or golf. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4q8Vr5A656c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejBzgU2Twz4
Yeah, we don't even go to bed without each other when we're both home. I couldn't sleep in different beds! No. >:[
I'm a violent sleeper (I somehow put a 4 inch scratch right down my leg the other night...nooooo idea how). It took some getting used to for me not to be bothered by the fact he sleeps on the futon, but I realized it's really for the safety of both of us and understood. And man, having that big cushy queen bed all to myself is just the bee's knees.
The less rubbish in my bed (like pillows etc. I don't mean people, although it would probably count as well if there were several in my bed ) the better I sleep. I love dogs but I would never want one in my bed! Especially not my smelly german shepherd.. Didn't your pugs pee everywhere too?
I hate sleeping alone! If he's not there I end up missing him so much that it makes it hard to relax enough to go to sleep. The exception is when he gets up before I do when we've already been sleeping. Then I enjoy having the bed all to myself. Codependent? Maybe. I don't care.
Even though he's german, and therefore doesn't understand english, on some level, your dog knows what you've said about him. But don't worry, dogs are so loyal that he'll still love you through his tears. My spouse's snoring caused us to buy another bed upon which I sleep in another room. Snoring is a serious problem for the listener; it can destroy your health.
The hubs comes home late tonight. I had 2 nights of taking over the entire bed and no snoring beast next to me. It all changes tonight. I'm happy he's coming home though.
Well, I wish cats would not crawl all over me when I sleep and that I could sleep alone..... No, pugs do not come into the bed anymore.....but cats do.....and only Champy pug pisses everywhere, as he never got fixed, and I had to throw the rug away that they were all peeing on as even the carpet cleaning guy could not do much with it....Cannot have good things because of them...like nice rugs anymore....
Just one more sleep! I love to cuddle and all but I honestly prefer to sleep by myself. Years ago the opposite would have been more accurate but with having sleep issues I find being by myself in bed is far more restful.
Understandable for people with sleep issues . My only "issues" are that I talk in my sleep, and I'm an extremely invasive cuddler Lol. Luckily, my guy is ok with both of those .
