You must be aligned with Neptune. Neptune mumbles. Us astro types LOVE Neptune lol. And yes, Neptune really does mumble. I'm the opposite of you: I talk VERY VERY LOUD. Painfully loud. And some people like to pick on me for the way I pronounce my words. That and my occasionally distinct Boston accent.

I think I get it. Seems like it'd be similar to Spanglish.

"I know somebody who expresses themselves MUCH BETTER when they know somebody is listening to them. When nobody is listening, everything comes out all jumbled."

Was above quote to bait me, for instance? I am the only one who said I was speaking in a mixed up "jumble" just a day or two ago.

Whatever this is....war one minute...peace the next...can we put it to rest now? I never had a clue what it is or was you wanted or needed from me...I think I will always come up short. Never really disliked you....just very confused, and tired of whatever this is, is all.

I blame the remnants of the solar flares from last week. lol I dunno, thedope. I've had a difficult time with some people since I first got here. I'm only going to take what responsibility is truly my own, though. It ain't all me, you know? I just clash with some folks here, and it flares up from time to time. I want to move past it and let it rest. BUT .. with the cosmo factor .. I guess it is just to be expected. It's known that solar / cosmic energy moves us sometimes. We are all puppets on strings, after all. At least, I think so. Puppets on strings is another way of referencing spirit.

i also find clarity comforting. but i also find it easier to find outside of spoken and written language. when you are in the forest or in a park and you look at a tree or at a rock, you know, there is no lack of clarity there, but then when you hear two people talking about, trying to describe something that is real like that to each other, its frequently not even obvious that they're talking about the same thing.

this is not the same as simplicity. people who have no idea about the realities in nature, often begin by describing it as simple. this is absolutely hysterical, how far off the beam it is to do so.
some of the principals in physical science, to the extent we understand them, may be relatively simple, but when you look at something like a tree, or even a rock, let alone the interaction of other living things with them, to call any of that simple is just an absolute fantasy. i think where people really get this idea of simplicity is the absence, beyond this imaginary space humanity has constructed to perceive itself as living in, of the more or less premeditated obfuscation built into language and how human society, with all our individual agendas, uses it.

Obfuscation. Good word. That's the cloak part of that "cloak and dagger" I mentioned.

I know what you mean about clarity and nature. Peace of Mind, in nature.

"this imaginary space humanity has constructed to perceive itself as living in" .. is what I grab out of it all. I'd like to read more of what you have to say on that. That's a fascinating line.

It's always fascinated me how a chair gets called a "chair". I mean, why that sound in particular? I mean, we could just so easily have decided on "glob" or "periwinkle" or something like that. How do certain sounds that emanate from our mouths gain more currency and favour than other sounds when it comes to naming things?

    Adam:
Dear Diary. This new creature with the long hair is a good deal in the way. It is always hanging around and following me about. I don’t like this: I am not used to company. I wish it would stay with the other animals. (To himself) Cloudy today, wind in the east, think we shall have rain. We? Where did I get that word? I remember now, the other creature uses it.

Brilliant! I especially loved this bit...

ADAM: "She has taken up with a snake now. The other animals are glad, for she was always experimenting with them and bothering them; and I am glad because the snake talks, and this enables me to get a rest."

I don't speak much at all. But when I do, it varies between nonsensical jargon and profound passages.
When I'm in love, I speak in sonnet...

I've always been much too explanatory, not an easy language to speak. It requires a proper fitting, the right connection, to be understood. Not every mind can accept the input. I think it probably sounds like nonsensical jargon to the wrong minds, lol.

sonnet, that's a good one. I imagine him joining in with you for a sensational song and dance of Love, so impassioned.
