Hello everyone I'm Alexabella, I'm 18 years old , a band groupie unk: , marijuana enthusiast :rastana: , and 100% vegan :mickey:. So here is all about me lol... I was born in California :sunny: to a rather odd couple of teens. My mom was a 16 year old hippie, and my dad was quite the opposite. He came from a pretty wealthy and proper family with no tolerance of the free spirit lifestyle. As a young child, I was raised solely by dad and his parents. (This was because my mama was very young, no money, and no permanent address, so she gave up custody of me and continued to travel with her free spirit family and friends.) I had a very normal and proper up bringing in Santa Monica, California. However, although my dad and STEPmom were very loving, they were also very absent and wrapped up in a superficial world. I knew right away I didn't belong in the same community as them. Luckily for me my birth mom visited me about once a year and wrote me letters monthly. She exposed me to my roots in the hippie community and encouraged me to accept my heritage as a "flower child." I always admired my mom and her lifestyle, so I did everything to mirror her. (much to my father's dismay, sorry daddyio! lol) I became vegan at age 11, and starting expressing "hippie ideals and values" in any way possible. At age 16, I left school and started traveling with my birth mom and her community. I met the most amazing and spiritual humans in my journey, and I was introduced into a peaceful and more meaningful lifestyle. For the first time in my life I was free. I was free to express myself, smoke weed, and be accepting of all love. I lived and moved around with my mom for about 3 years, but when I turned 18, I along with 6 other teenagers moved back up to the L.A. / Santa Monica area. Here we are currently living a life full of things we love, attending concerts (mostly rock and grunge haha), staying high, swimming in the ocean, and taking as many chances as possible. Our hippie roots are still close at heart though and we still honor them with every breath we take. Although we love L.A, we spend a great amount of time in Arcata, California going to festivals such as the Mushroom Fair, the Hemp Festival, and the North Country Fair. You can also find us at Coachella and pretty much any music festival in the west coast area! :sunny: I'm really looking forward to meeting/talking to all of you, and hopefully maybe even meeting up at a festival one day! :smoke out: Peace - Alexabellla
