So I guess Wolfgang Halbig, one of the nation's top school safety experts, is a conspiracy theorist, too? He presents actual proof that Sandy Hook was a staged event. http://youtu.be/UJ9ZxA4MTTM http://youtu.be/j9DcuQDwwSE
I think the greater conspiracy is: Dark Knight, 2008 Hurricane Sandy, October 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary, December 2012 Obviously, Batman isn't a real hero. Oh, sorry. Superhero. :bigcry:
Here are a few ways we determine truth: Consensus, we can make group decisions on what we believe is true. It may or may not be true, but our particular group believes it is true. We can see this in many postings on the web. Liberals, Right Wingers, etc. all agree on certain truths. As independent thinkers, we must decide if what a particular group thinks is true or not. Our "membership" in those groups will factor into our decision. Consistency, is the alleged truth consistent with our life experiences? In the Sandy Hook example, are the "facts" or allegations of the conspiracy theory consistent with what we have experienced in our lives? Length of belief, the fact that we have always believed that the government was corrupt, or honest, (whether true or not) will influence what we believe about the government now. Authority, if we trust a certain web site, person, news organization, etc. or not, will influence what we believe. We must take all of this factors into consideration when decideing any truth.
Moderator News - If you cannot discuss and disagree without personal attacks. You will have your account suspended for a yet undetermined amount of time.
Careful now, pointing out that something is clearly insane is now abusive behavior. Wow, can I say way? Is that abusive?
If you cared about somebody's well-being and their state of mind, you wouldn't say what you did in the way that you did. You'd speak from a place of sincerity and concern. Your words would be gentle. Playing the mental illness card is a trigger for a lot of people. It can be an insult. An assault. An attack. Although, I do have to say, I think PR couldn't care less if you think he's mentally ill.
OK, I apologize for deleting your posts. You're quite right. I shouldn't hold you to a higher standard than the others. Once again, my apologies. I hope you appreciate that because I could get into a lot of trouble impersonating a moderator.
if you want to know what really happened ...I deleted one of his posts for personal attacks....then when he (correctly) complained about how it wasnt as bad as the other people doing the same I decided to undelete it and then another moderator saw it (probably not even realizing what i did before) and decided to do more than just delete it ..they gave him a suspension....lmao some people never learn
Yeah, that's pretty funny. I recall one of his more vicious posts. I was pretty sure that if PressedRat was in front of him, he would have killed him with extreme prejudice. Well, he might have tried, but I'm pretty sure PR would have prevailed; I've seen his supplement shelf.
the post is actually still in the thread there is some deleted ones by many people but the one he was suspended for is actually still visible
that gif reminds me of something i read about easy way to identify if your weed is sativa or indica......indica makes you feel like melting indasofa i need some indica
I thought is was uncool to discuss moderation in the threads. I know it's uncool to try to shame me and make me look silly in a thread. Knock it off, Brad.
no there were not . the assassin was professionally adept , well-trained by video games and with target practice at the public gun range .
There are a lot of fishy things about this whole thing. Especially the overhead arial footage of the guys running in the woods out the back of the school and the distance of ambulances. The police radio was definitely suspicious. Also, Adam Lanza was a patsie, I have no doubt the kids were killed, but I really think some pros from the government did it, to start more precedents for laws. Human life is not valued by our government like we individually view it. Murder, murder, murder
