I agree tough but as good as those songs are they wouldnt be close enough.
If i was in the mood for a slow song i would go with "i cant tell you why"
but for me its between "life in the fast lane" and "one of these nights" i will go with one of these night only because i heard life in the fastlane way more times than anyone should.

Edit: sorry i was a bit slow i put on an eagles cd to make sure i got the right answer and just got lost in the music....vinyl if the conditions are right. Then cd then mp3, tape is only good for recording.
