    I'd say Meryl Streep. She's well known and appreciated actress but also very intelligent and diplomatic what doesn't bother her in saying what she thinks in a nice manner. My second vote would go to Kate Winslet because she takes no s**t from anybody and says straight away what she thinks without too much diplomacy and political correctness.
