Are there any (preferably vegan foods) that can make my ass rounder and more plump and stuff? I do exercise to try and conquer my non-assness, but some help would be nice...
Try walking/hiking/jogging whatever uphill, prefferably fairly steep inclines... That may help... As far as foods, who knows...
Steep inclines work the butt, I have personal experiences to back it up. I have hiked up and down a 6000 foot vertical gain in a day, and it was wicked steep. Also, squats and lunges (lunges might be the best, come to think of it.) holding dumbells will increase the workout while you do lunges. Just remember, it is easy to overdo it. If you don't have any big mtns. nearby, a stairclimber works. Sitting on the floor and butt-walking, using your butt cheeks to walk across the floor is good too.
lots of mcdonalds fries and milkshakes, just be sure you are doing abdominal crunches so that fat doesn't go to your stomach, hopefully it will make its way to the caboose CArly
vegan... gah, i wouldnt be able to not eat eggs or drink milk... that would drive me crazy.. or chicken or steak... i should prolly start getting stuff from local farmers though...
Wow I wish I could give you some of my ass, its enough for a couple of countries, but nuts and extra oils in your diet might help, also alot of protein helps, go get some soy beans.
no cuz to get lard you have to kill the animal... either way for every animal you don't eat, im going to eat three.
