Ok, so I'm in performing arts, but I am very musically challenged. I can appreciate it, but that's about it. My specialty is object manipulation. . .juggling, contact juggling, staff and torch spinning, fire eating/breathing, etc. . .was wondering if there were any other manipulators here. . .
I spin fire poi that is my strongest point, and a bit of staff. Ive got a contact juggling ball but ive never managed to get past the butterfly. I do a lot of theatre and am getting into festival and street theatre.
All i work with is devil sticks, im still pretty novice at them but it makes for great meditation and relaxation on my part. I've also been intrigued by poi, so i might go out and buy a set and start messing around with them
I'm a juggler! I often juggle balls (8) & clubs (6), but I do some diaboloing and poispinning as well... And fire (poi, torches, breathing) of course, but that just goes without saying My speciality is 3 ball and club patterns... Oh yeah and I also love acting (more than juggling) but that wasn't really the subject...
Eh...I just have experience with devil sticks, which I'm still learning. Does Hackey Sack count? If so, I'm trying to get good at that
footbag's my big thing, but i can juggle 3 balls and do some decent tricks/patterns. i also devil stick, but i'm no pro at it. hand,foot/eye coordination feels so good. if we're gonna be stuck w/ this body 24/7 we ought to feel comfortable and in control of it, right? yeah. that's why i "manipulate objects"....i'd like to learn cigar boxes. they're sweet.

I play with fire. Staff and poi. My boyfriend juggles fieballs with leather gloves on. He also just juggles, he's up to five balls now.
I started to get into juggling when I worked as an operator. I taught myself when I was waiting for phone calls. I have been thinking about getting back into it and was just wondering if anyone could direct me to some really good websites. Thanks, Casper
I creally can't juggle too well. I've seen the most insane people down in Florida... street entertianers. Ripley's Believe It Or Not/Freak Show stuff on the sidewalks.
fire poi. i'm just learning but it's fun. actually we went and did some fire poi on the frozen river tonight with some drums. there was a blizzard coming, and as soon as we started the clouds were gone. they were coming back while we were driving home though...
Hi there, I spin fire staff. I've tried fire poi but never got the hang of it. My favourite part of it is hearing the sound of the flames going past my head.
I do poi, managed to teach myself which I was quite proud of, used to have devil sticks when I was younger but I broke it
