facebook, twitter .. ughhh. i can't put my finger on what it is that i dont like about it ... (except the spying thing) ... it's like, anything that's common knowledge isn't really special. everyone seems to be on facebook and it's just an online extension of real life. it seems 99% of people younger than 20 have never heard of things like IRC and the fact that you can learn alot from such mediums, nor are probably interested in learning much if it's not regarded as "cool" or trendy in society. stuff like that is seen as "nerdy". things like facebook bring the internet to the masses ... at one point in time the internet was a place for nerds only. it's good that it is becoming more accessible or to put it another way, normal people are becoming aware that it exists but then you bring all the bullshit that comes with "normal" people lol
So what I just did: First click on More Reply Options in the Reply to Topic section. Go find your image on the web. I'm using Duck Duck Go so I click on Images, find the picture, then click on the picture. Next click on View File. The Image appears by itself on a blank screen. Then you have to go up to web address in the web address section and copy the entire link. Then click on the Image icon in the More Reply Options section (the little screen between the link button and the quote balloon). It looks something like this except its green: Paste the entire link in the box that appears and hit Okay. Check by hitting Preview Post. That should work. P.S. I also center justified the image.
It's easier to navigate on my phone but I somehow find it much less appealing. I miss the old format and it's a big reason why I'm on here less and less
I don't find it at all difficult. What is this "navigation problem" mumbo jumbo? You click the forums tab like any other site out there. Unless there's something more to this site that I'm missing... :toetap05:
