    Per link:

    Calories: 250
    Fat: 22g (8g sat)
    Protein: 14g
    Carbs: 1g (1g sugar)

    Very keto-friendly.

As far as the cost, I think they were around $8 for the 4-pack I bought. They were good, and they don't have anything artificial in them.

The Like is for the soup, I don't like mac and cheese (though I'm sure yours is delicious). Cheese doesn't belong on macaroni! Nor on hamburgers. IMHO. My macaroni concoction is usually with ground meat and oil.

I had a lazy breakfast today. A protein shake with ground flax seed, and cinnamon toast... cinnamon and butter on big hunks of dried fruit multigrain bread. And a cup of Pu'erh.

    My morning Pu. :-D

It's okay. Disappointing for a 20-year aged Pu’erh. The 5-year I have is on a par. A 1980 I have is fantastic. Tastes like dried dates. But it's expensive so I only treat myself with that one occasionally.

I'm finishing off the last of my 'tribute' Pu'erh this morning. I don't know the year but it's pretty new. Makes a nice golden amber brew. Not the deep reddish you get from the more aged Pu's and a brighter, more green tea-like flavor.

I'm getting ready to make a burrito with Rosarita Spicy Jalapeno refried beans and plenty of Mexican 4 cheese, salsa, and yellow corn tortilla chips.

It might turn out to be nachos by the time I'm done (mega dope 'chos).
