Just wander on in via the southern border, our current government will probably treat you better than the legal citizens.

The laws are, you must provide proof of your birth. Some smaller villages as you know do not keep such records. Good luck with this one. Then, you must apply to your government for a passport. After ya get here, visit the nearest US Embasy for instructions on how to stay.

There is this stupid Green Card Lottery. Like the National lottery or the Euro millions, the odds are stacked up against you. If you and your family do gain citizenship then it is like, they get on plane, get to New York, take a look around and think about what all the fuss was all about. I think it would be easier to get into the USSR and it would be worth the trouble of gaining citizenship. i think the Russians are more honest than America.

That just reminded me of that movie, Terminal, with Tom Hanks...

Ok, so they have 100 questions about U.S. history (hahaha!!) and government and stuff....

But what I want to know is how would Americans fare if they had to take this test?

Other things I'm being asked to check out is if you need to have a trade, and a decent amount of savings before they'll let you in to stay.. Do you stand a better chance if you've visited a few times already?

I know hardly anything about England> I think the US test is far harder but if it was brought up to the 21st century, I could answer it in a jiffy.

^ the lottery isnt stupid...well actally it is, but my uncle and his family managed to get a green card that ways. there reaction to being in america was just the way you explained it. they arrive in america, they look around and there like:"o.k. so this is america, weve seen it now lets go home."
