Hi you guys haven't posted here in a while so I thought I'd give you all an update. My grandparents health is taking a slight fall so I am taking time off from finding a job to help them around the house. My grandfather or as I call him papaw seems pretty excited about my idea for an offgrid cabin about an hour and a half away from here.... I got a new shotgun...I miss my cat....I may be getting a dog that stays outside

Hi Cakesiekins, I hope that you're doing find and that your family is all fine, happy, and cruising. Lots o' Love and Best Wishes to all of you.

 

Since there isn't much I can do about the world's state of affair's, I guess I will do whatever I can to survive. With that said, I will say this:

Tomorrow is the beginning of my planting seeds in my new little green house hubilicious built for me last week. It's a 10x10 space and will suit my needs perfectly. I should be able to start more than enough seeds to fill up our garden spaces.

Last year we had an abundance of of corn, cucumbers and okra. Both gardens did fantastic last yr. I'm hoping they will do just as well this year. I'm planning on planting more of a virity of veggies this year. I get bored with the same ole peas and corn. Since I have the green house now, I can grow more exotic plant Even if it's raining I can still play in the dirt.. I love it..

I'm making my seed list now.. organic only.. no GMO..

LOL I just went and got the mail out of the box. Among other things, I received a piece of mail from the NRA with an offer to join and to be a member for either one year or three years. My first thought was how did they find me. I've been pretty below the RADAR for years now and especially on-line. But they found me.

So, I'm sending them off my $25 for the year. I use to be a member for years there long ago. About time that I threw them a few more bucks. $2.30 per month ain't gonna kill me, I figure.

Glad that you've got a greenhouse. I'm sorry that I just can't relate to that, cause it was 78 here today, But if I had a greenhouse then I think that I would like to do vanilla orchids. Love the smell. Yum! LOL

Seeing as I don't live in Arizona, I have to work around the weather. I like to start my seedlings indoors to get them ready to harden off when it's time to plant them. If ya wait it gets way too hot for them to survive and you get a small yield bc the heat stresses out the plants and they will not grow good for you.

That's cool. But nobody has robbed me. I've always done fine.
I've got happiness. I've got Life. I've got Liberty. I've got security. I've got freedom. I've got a sweet heart who loves me very much. I've got food. I've got money. I know the deal well enough and I'm smart enough to go out and get more money or where-with-all. I know the concept of Means. So I have Means.
I don't punch anybodies clock.

I have long hair and I have never had to cut it to work for the Man. Ever. No one controls me or you. We live our own ways on our own road. We are creative. We create our lives and we do it our way. Alternative Lifestyle. Counterculture. Doing your own thing. Having your own gigs. We invented that.

And you and me ought to be very proud of that.

The world use to work on a barter system with people trading. Money came into usage in order to balance out unequal trades. A little extra thrown in, so to speak.

I don't see any rich people enslaving you or me. You do your own thing and I create or find my own gigs, my way. We are free people. Others are in the system. Wage slaves. We hippies can find other more creative ways to be independent and trade or make a buck. Anyone who runs their own business or works their own farm is outside of the system to whatever extent that they chose.
By a lot or by a little way out. A non-slave.

We're free to do what we want. You know that you are.

 

I hope that you have much joy with the seedlings and the growing. It's been a very long time since I had a little growing patch going on. corn, tomatoes, watermelons, lettuce, carrots, and what all. I use to love watering and watching it all grow.

Today is the beginning of seed starting. I got the labels made for the flats of seeds being planted so we will know what is which and who is where... Lynn has already put out the onion sets, potatoes, cabbage, broc, cauli, carrots,a nd eng peas. I'll be seeding the warmer weather crops in the green house till danger of frost is gone.. the ground here never really freezes, it's the frost that takes out your plants. sometimes we get freaky weather and have to replant, so having a greenhouse where you can start your own beds w/out having to buy new plants.seeds cost way less than the plants.

I am hoping I maybe able to sell a few bedding plants, and then produce when it's harvest time. I have to do something. I have to earn some extra dough somehow. Making jewelry isn't all that lucrative when ppls got to pay their bills, they just don't have the cash to spend on un-necessary items. Ppl do however, have to eat, so I will sell or barter produce, plants and jarred items I have made.

I did pretty well last yr selling produce, sold the hell out of Okra ( who'd a thunk). This yr I have it more together so, things in and around the gardening dept looks like it's full steam ahead

I think that the first thing that I could start is tomatoes, because they're the most expensive. Grapes. They cost money. I tend to look at the store and look at the prices. Highest is the first to be started. I tend to think from high to low. That computes into how little I will need to spend later on when I finally do have to go to the store and spend money.

Hey Sister. Your buddy is a crazy wrapped genius. Could you please try an experiment for me. And for our progeny and all of our friends. 89 cents. Maybe a buck and a half. Jollytime popcorn. I want to know if it will actually sprout and actually grow. Here's some thoughts.

First I love popcorn. So, if I ever move to a place with a yard, I'll want to know the results of your test. 2) If you grow it and it works, Mousman use to sell Kettle Corn. If he is still doing that then he needs to buy it from some one. Correct? And 3) Leo Ron is big time Combine harvesting in Nebraska or someplace and maybe someday you could be his non-GMO popcorn seed supplier.

I'm just wigging out here and using my Artist's imagination here. It's all fantasy but any of this could become real. One never knows.

I don't want to be the 'Wet Blanket" but that's me, the ole wet blanket herself,.you know me.. I'm an opinionated old bittie that has lived a full and extra exciting life as a hippie.
I'm a great grand mother. I have lived to see many a wonder in my time, and I have also live through tragedy and heart break. I am at a place in my life where I am very aware of what is going on around me, as in, not to me but to everyone.

Most of you know I have a lot of kids in my life. I buy them gifts for different occasions. In my quest for the perfect gifts for my babie I have seen some
Toys" out there that scare even me..

Not bc they are scary looking but bc they are not. Here is an example.

The Minions, dolls, cartoons, movies.. and attire for our kids... ok.. this is what I think about that:

humm, "Hell's Minions" In other words, Demons From Satan?
Is this what we glorify now, Demons from Hell. This is what we give our kids to play with and to watch. Are we giving our kids over to Satan to take care of while we play on our phones? All this stuff that is being targeted at our kids..
The Rock and Roll sign is the sign of Satan, The Goat. That came around in the 80s, That's when someone left the door open on one of their trips and a influx of negativity came pouring through and manifested itself into ppls lives and is contaminating our civilization. Why are we teaching our kids that the devil, demons, and hell are cute and cuddly, something to be embraced and loved..
IDK about y'all but I believe this is conditioning the kids into accepting Satan as their master. It's the trend, all they kids do it, it's just a cartoon, how can it hurt ppl.. Hell's Minions.. Listen to what it is. It means, Followers of Satan.
We are being brain washed from birth by Corporations. So,
Are Corporations behind the domination of mankind? I believe they are. Are we Slaves to the corporations? I believe we are. Who do we work for, the corporations? I believe we do.
We've become so dependent upon the corporations to supply our needs and comforts that we forgot who really supply's us with what we need and that is The Earth, The Sky and The Water.
Who owns Earth, Sky and Water? No one but the Creator can claim dominion over what they have made.
We don't even know what is going on bc we are too busy in our lives to pay attention. We give our 'power' over to the politicians who we elect bc we think they will take care of us. They do not.
Once they get into office something happens to their promises and they become corporate zombies. They sell us out and join the profiteers. Either conform or die, now that you know our secrets. Is that a test of faith?
JFK went against the 'rule' He was a true man of vision.He wanted an end to racial violence and segregation. He wanted peace with cuba, he was murdered bc he dared to defy the 'handlers'.
Who's running the show? Who is pulling the strings that make the puppet dance. What is a Puppet? A mindless, soulless, inanimate object that is given a false sense of life through the hands of another. A puppet is a device that deceives. It gives an illusion of life but has no life of it's own.
It has no voice of it's own, someone else speaks through it. Who is speaking through our puppet n chief?
Well, that's not too difficult to grasp. That old, dusty black book sitting undisturbed on the shelf foretold of the event a couple of thousand years ago. But who reads that old thing.. it's so last century.
People not only walk away when you bring it up. They RUN. Some even get angry and call you names. Some cut off your head. It's kind of scary any more to even talk about.
It takes a lot of courage and even more faith to hold on to your own will and not be swayed by someone else's delusion of reality selling damnation to our future generations through mind control.
Look around and you tell me if the cell phone has taken us to a new level of stupid. They have to abbreviate everything bc they do not know how to spell.
They are frying their brains with these devises and they are not paying attention to what is going on around them. They get very angry and can become violent if you take it away from them. There are some that would kill you over it.
You don't think that's corporate control? How much time do kids spend on their cells? What subliminal marketing messages are they receiving.
I see ppl that text on their cells to ppl but they don't speak in public when the run into each other in the store. I wonder if it is bc they don't recognize them without duck face or what.
Now we have Hell's Minions. They are not even trying to disguise it and even call them minions from hell. and we run out and by them for our little bitties. We force feed it to them as infants.
And we have the gall to call ourselves GOD loving ppl. By words we pay homage, by deed we show dishonor.
When we accept the things that represent the evil that temps mankind, we are ourselves representing the same and perpetuate the evil that lurks in the darkness of the souless minions that were sent to deceive us.
Who runs Hell? Who do Hell's Minions belong to? Who do you belong to.

 

The yellow cartoon minions are followers and the workers of a human evil genius cartoon bad guy. They've done movies 1, 2, and 3. It's called "Despicable Me". You can rent it and watch it. It's an old movie.

In the first movie, the human evil genius cartoon bad guy adopts 3 little orphan girls, just to use them, in order to defeat a young rival human evil genius cartoon bad guy, who is out-doing him. The yellow minions serve him and build rocket-ships and other stuff.
After he uses the 3 little orphan girls in order to win, he intends to give them back to the cruel orphanage place.

In the end, the 3 little girls win his heart and they all become a happy loving real family and the human evil genius cartoon bad guy turns over a new leaf and becomes a very loving father and a brilliant genius good guy and starts saving the world.

In video games you usually play the hero in armor with a bright Light Sword and you are killing all of the bad things which is a typical game concept. Things like minions and demons.


Minion specifically mean a loyal follower or servant. No mention of Satan or the Devil. Just loyal servant of whomever, somebody.

Just Saying.

 

I'm just saying this because originally I thought why are they using the word minion for these little yellow cartoon guys in a movies for kids and Burger King is pitching the cute movie characters in their commercials. That was what I had thought way back when. I was hating on the whole idea.

Even though I did know that the word minion doesn't necessarily meant servants of the Devil. It just means devoted servants. The minions of Governor Perry, as a for instance.


Anyhow, years later I saw the movie on TV. I think that I cried at the end. Then I knew the real deal about what was going on with that. Before that, I was just guessing.

Anyhow, that just my story.
