    4.5°C here.

Will go for cigarettes in about an hour ... barefoot. :)

    Hi!

Cool! I wanted to try out walking barefoot in snow a few days ago, but the snow forecasts were talking about didn't come. Have to wait until next winter I guess.

    Hello,

you should try it. I'm usually not a barefooter. The hardest part is to get your shoes off and just do it. It's not that bad ;).

    Regards

    Hi!

Not hard for me to get my shoes off. They're almost falling off my feet anyway. :D

But seriously, you're right. Just came back home from an half-hour barefoot walk. About 5°C, some cars had still ice on the windows. The ground was a bit wet here and there but sun is shining here, no clouds. Got a few strange looks and was a bit cold in the end, but I guess that was mainly cause of the ripped jeans and torn hoodie. ;)

Last week it was like spring, today it's -18C and yesterday it was snowing. I find March the hardest month to take, it's such a tease. You just start enjoying the nice weather and it blasts you with cold and snow again. One more week and 3 days til April!

Yeah, during daytime it should get quite warm here the next days (49°F-70°F) but in the morning/evening and at night it's still cold. *brrr*

It's snowing and blowing again. The red-winged blackbirds are sitting in the tree thinking WTF? We're on month 6 of winter. :-(

well its no longer THAT cold now. just in the 60s and 50s. just cold enough to not be hot yet. we're starting to get nice spring days, but they're still interspersed with kind of coolish ones.
(northern nevada, semi-desert, just east of the sierras, and mostly in their storm shadow, being why we don't get more moisture most of the year. but with the climate changed weather pattern, which locally means more of the weather comes up from the south in a more monsoon type pattern, rather then down from north west, as it had been doing for hundreds of thousands of years, we are starting to get a little more, and california a lot less.)
