    I understand you're embarrassed, but you don't have to be. Most of us masturbate, it's just a way of life. If she heard you, then she heard you. No big deal. If you ever catch her mastubating, or hear her, then you have two options. One, you handle it the same way she did which is to act like nothing ever happened. Two, you have a heart-to-heart talk with her about masturbation. I tend to prefer the latter myself, but that's just me 'cause I'm generally big on communication, lol.
