I'm sure your country is big enough to accommodate me and a couple of other sister wives. Is polygamy legal there? If so maybe moonglow and yfm can come too! Talk about some hot sister wives. Meow. it actually really is very difficult for an American to move to most European countries unless you have a very skilled, in demand career. Developing countries are easier, and also New Zealand apparently..
Apparently polygamy is legal here, in a way of living together. It is not officially allowed to be married to more than one person So I would have to marry one person at a time, get them in, divorce and repeat (we can all live together though!) You guys understand I am getting my hopes up now right!? Fugitives from war or serious oppression can also get to stay permintently, but it seems rarely an easy process (I guess we dutchies are afraid of leechers... overall economic fugitives are screwed).
In Virginia, there is a Tea Party-type guy who was vastly outspent by the mainstream GOP candidate, who was even in office already (incumbent). Despite being outspent, the Tea Party guy won. Senate race. So, having 800+ million is not something that guarantees an automatic win. We all should work at defeating the Republican candidate in 2016, because of the following. (Oh, people are sick of Bush's. My Republican friend doesn't even like the last one.) reproductive freedom separation of church and state environmental protection abolition of the death penalty halting the privatization of public schools halting the turning over of K-12 education to religious schools affirmative action equal opportunity (the Republicans don't give a s &^t) worker safety immigration reform and that's only a partial list you may not get your ideal candidate, but the gap between the lesser of 2 evils and the greater of 2 evils is very wide
The votes of those on the public teat have been bought and paid for by the Democrats, as they have been in countries around the world. They vote for a living! The teat will dry up very soon.
Not from outside it didn't - we all (outside the USA) spent those eight years pointing and laughing, satire was too easy, the word "Bushism" entered the language, and we all wondered what was so great about a kids book about a pet goat.
From the inside, I always thought he was a fool and an idiot. Look at SNL episodes from the time of his first presidential campaign, and you will see that they saw the same flaws that we all see today.
I'm not saying the Democrats are anyone's salvation, but electing another Bush along with the circus freakshow that the GOP has become would be very very bad. At the very least, the Dems aren't aggressively anti-science and will bring about the neo-feudal state at a slower pace than the GOP. If Tea Party candidates want to pop up and split the right-wing vote, then by all means. More power to them.
Obama is such a cool cat, reading mean tweets on Kimmel, you wouldn't see any other Pres able to pull that off
As a self described conservative that has NEVER voted for a democrat, if the republicans (I don't consider myself as a republican) run Jeb, I'll do my first ever presidential vote for a democrat. Hillary, Obama for a third term, Biden........... whoever..............
The bailout is the only reason the current reflection of the state of affairs isn't accurate. Next bubble is just on the horizon..........
VG, Governments around the world are ALL lying through their teeth with their economic data. GDP, Unemployment, inflation, you name it they are ALL bullshit! As Lord Robert Baden-Powell said, BE PREPARED. Your government will not, cannot, save you
Something I never understood about Americans - the 2008 Economic Crash happened before the election, but as soon as Obama was elected, the Crash was his fault (Because he was the President, obviously). Might as well blame Cameron for it too, the time-travelling bastard.
Ahhhh-NOW you understand republicans--a little. See if you can get Rush LImbaugh on the radio. That will almost complete your education.
