it actually really is very difficult for an American to move to most European countries unless you have a very skilled, in demand career. Developing countries are easier, and also New Zealand apparently..

 

Apparently polygamy is legal here, in a way of living together. It is not officially allowed to be married to more than one person So I would have to marry one person at a time, get them in, divorce and repeat (we can all live together though!)

In Virginia, there is a Tea Party-type guy who was vastly outspent by the mainstream GOP candidate, who was even in office already (incumbent). Despite being outspent, the Tea Party guy won. Senate race.

So, having 800+ million is not something that guarantees an automatic win. We all should work at defeating the Republican candidate in 2016, because of the following. (Oh, people are sick of Bush's. My Republican friend doesn't even like the last one.)

you may not get your ideal candidate, but the gap between the lesser of 2 evils and the greater of 2 evils is very wide

At the very least, the Dems aren't aggressively anti-science and will bring about the neo-feudal state at a slower pace than the GOP.

If Tea Party candidates want to pop up and split the right-wing vote, then by all means.

Something I never understood about Americans - the 2008 Economic Crash happened before the election, but as soon as Obama was elected, the Crash was his fault (Because he was the President, obviously). Might as well blame Cameron for it too, the time-travelling bastard.
