i don't LIKE any of them. e is the closest to reasonable of the bunch. i'm sorry, but to me, all those bumps and lumps of muscalature are just ugly and repulsive. of course if they were hidden by long fluffy fur, that might be ok. like a wolf or a panther.
I find it hilarious that they think they'll get fucking massive from lifting 2 pound dumbbells once a week. When I try and tell them otherwise they get pissed. If it were that easy every guy would be walking around looking ripped
Well yeah..I lifted no more than 10-30 pounds as a teenager, no big deal and afterwards I focused more on body weight resistance or lifting my children and other household items (water bottles) but it doesn't need to be overdone and many women who get into weight lifting overdo it in my opinion and it's bad for our sensitive hormonal balance.
I don't know why it's bad for them? I personally don't find any of it attractive. I do a lot of mid section workouts using my body weight to stay tight and slim in that area but I also eat a lot of shit too so I need the exercise. :d Though I have female friends that gym regularly and put on the muscle etc. one of them pole dances, she's not big at all, she's toned and strong but not bulging with muscles. She's tiny bit she needs the gym to be able to use the pole. -shrug- I think at the end of the day If someone is happy with what they're achieving or how they look then whatever perception we hold as on lookers isn't really important. Thought I'll wade in with my two cents.
Arnold for #1. Not only did the guy spend years and years in the gym and lifting outside. He was mr universe, but decided... not for me anymore... im become a movie star and makes some of the best action movies... naa im bored... so ima become a governor... ya know just because... well im fucking Arnold.. The Predator release on blueray is awesome... bought it...
Someone you claim to have OD'd on steroids is your biggest source of inspiration? And to be fair, the stated cause of his death was a heart attack due to a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect. Of course he was taking steroids, and that PROBABLY contributed to his death, but nothing that's been released to the public has shown that steroids are what directly caused his death, much less an overdose of steroids. I am not really impressed by people who got really big and lean taking steroids. I don't think those people serve as good role models, but at the same time I don't think steroids are inherently bad if they're used properly. They've been given a bad name by people who misuse them. I personally would never use them, but to each their own.
Swimmer was a bit too big in physique too, but was the best out of all of them....and that is not saying much...and I really did not like any of them, tbh.... if we are talking about perfection in the beholder's eyes.....so my beholder eyes found this as perfect physique...but this is an underwear model and not a body builder.....I tend to like leaner.....and not bulging muscles.... This model looks like the guy I know down the street named Jessie,or Jess...as I call him...
^awesome video, that is my ideal body. i agree with the guy in the video, steroids make you look like your some kind of mutant. im so glad there are people promoting natural body building. and hes absolutely right about people treating you differently after a certain point. when you start to change visibly, people are impressed, but when you are obviously doing steroids people do stereotype you as a meat head.
