Random Facts About You!.....# 52

I go out to eat with my Dad (92) every Sunday morning. Every other week we meet up with my brother Ty in a city about half way to where he lives. I don't do makeup and I am a morning person, so I don't have any issues with going out early.

 

i cant move in the morning..sleeping thru them is my preferred method

Cleaning out the garage today. Too much shit was stored in there from moving, etc. We've got rid of a ton of stuff so far today. A friend of mine has taken two pick-up loads out of here and we've sold quite a few items for pretty cheap via online ads just to get rid of them. It always irritates me when the garage is full of crap and I won't get my wood shop until all of it is gone. So when my wife wanted me to move a bunch of stuff around in there (for no reason apparent to me)...I told her I'll move it all out but I don't want it to go back in.

Even the snow blower. A friend has been wanting to buy it from me for a while so I told him it's in the driveway and I don't want to put it back in the garage...come get it and you can pay me whenever you get the money.

I might just have something that resembles a wood shop by the end of the day!

 

I'm a big race car junkie. I'm watching Nascar at Talladega right now lol. But I'll watch pretty much anybtype of car racing. Indycar, F1, v8 supercars, imsa, wec, etc.

Blame my dad

 

In this latest purge, I happened to find about a dozen and a half tapes of my band. All dated from 2003. No idea what's on them. There was also one tape dated from 2000. The band wasn't even a full band in 2000 so the only thing it could be is me and the other co-founder of the band from when it was just us as an acoustic duo. Or it might be me playing a solo show somewhere.

I also think I found a tape of my dads music that he gave me when I was a kid. I hope it's that tape. If so....it's the one single tape that that I'm aware of that he ever recorded of his music. I haven't seen it in years. Too late for him to record another one.

 

I got the original blueprints for my house today... The real ones, not copies.


Was not the architect the lady that grew up here thought it was even though the original owner was her Father... There is also a drawing of the Master Bedroom suite with them, may not be the same architects as the original house but it's only initialed by the draftsman... No name, no company name.

I bailed and came home last nite.........I noticed there was very few songbirds where this cottage is....or at my buddies farm up the road from there....at my house I could clearly hear a wack of birds since 4 am this morning surrounding my house

up there the forest was eerily quiet.......


not a comfy enough sleeping situation up there for 2 nights...I missed my dog too

I love sitting outside and hearing all the birds in the morning. Doing that right now as a matter of fact. But I was a little late this morning. Lots of birds this morning but the real action seems like its from 6 to about 7:30.

And...there are some baby bunnies in a hole in the yard. The dog found them so we had to put a basket over them for the time being.

 

My wife bought me a "Fly A-Salt Gun". It shoots salt at flies. I have it right next to me...waiting for any unlucky flies. This must be what it feels like to be a Tea Party person. Maybe I should find my camouflage hat, lower my IQ by about 20 points and start misspelling a bunch of shit!

 

Momma Rabbit will need access to those babies morning and evening for feeding....

We removed the basket but made sure the dog was in the house. So I guess this is going to be a thing now. Cover the rabbits before letting the dog out.

Still working on the garage today and working on getting my VW bus running. Nothing wrong with it besides just sitting for a while.

 

whoa some guy just flipped out because he was late coming here and another person bought what he was coming for

he was going to lowball me (already tried it over the phone) and the other person paid full price...i made the other person wait though until the time the first person said they would be here..and i called him but he didnt answer his phone


some people are just ridiculous


this guy was actually supposed to come yesterday but didnt even call to cancel and then called today
