I smoke when I walk, and I've also smoked weed hours before going to a spin class, but I don't think I was still high by the time I got to the class. I've never smoked before seeing my personal trainer, and I don't think I ever will. He is expensive, so I like to make sure I am fully centered so I don't waste my time with him, or my money.
