    It all has to do with funding. No results, no money, and many people lose their lucrative jobs.

    That's why they've produced such great results with Cassini and Huygens. In general, if people don't produce, they lose their jobs. That's true for NASA or any other group.

    Even with the successes, it's hard to keep good people at NASA. The Administrator of NASA is leaving his 150K job for a 500K job as chancellor of Louisanna University.

    Right, they faked the whole thing just to spite you. They probably took their entire Cassini budget and wasted it on cheap beer and hookers! And even better, they faked it for absolutely NO reason since they could've gained legitimate knowledge by actually doing the mission! Idiot...

    What I like even better is how they managed to fake the radio signals sent from Titan picked up by many different radio telescopes around the world. That would have taken about the same amount of effort it would have taken to strap a camera to the craft they sent out to send the fake signals. Conspiracy 'theory' is like arguing but without the thinking stage, a huge time saver I imagine.
