Went swimming for an hour today and did some hula hooping. It kinda makes up for the extra lazy day I had yesterday. We spent 4 hours drifting down a river in tubes, drinking beers and eating snacks and then we went for pizza afterwards. Maybe I'll go do some more hooping now....
I saw a few pictures of the smoke in Vancouver and it looks pretty bad. I'm glad it hasn't gotten that bad here yet, but I can see a plume of smoke in the distance right now. And just to stay kind of on topic: I went for a swim at 7am today!

Full body routine. There was this girl there today who I see quite a bit and she always works out close to me doing exercises that accentuate her butt, so distracting D; i know she does it on purpose because she always smiles as she walks by after
Well, at one of the gyms i go to the treadmills are line up towards the back on the wall so you would have to stand against the wall like 4 feet behind them to look at the girls butt. Sometimes ill take a quick glance as i walk by though. Yesterday I saw a 8/10 doing squats, now that was a sight.
