Why so much emphasis on the mid section? I think I may have asked this once before. It just seems like every workout you post entails the mid section only. Just know that abs are made in the kitchen and not so much the gym. Having visible abs is like 90% diet, with only a small portion coming from working the abs.
Well after my 5 months of doing nothing nursing my injury, I had put a bit of belly fat on and I could see it, so I started doing about 250 crunches a day. Now in up to about 375 a day, or whenever I do them. I'm not trying to get abs or anything, I just wanted to shrink it down and tighten it all up which I've done now and I've lost about 20lb since the beginning of the year and I didn't even know I'd be able to lose that much without going stick thin but I have and I dunno, it's like I just want to keep going? When I tighten my ab muscles you can see them, but they aren't like in your face six pack or anything. Once I started feeling the burn, I like the feeling, especially when stoned... So I keep going. :d and yea, my diet isn't going to shred my body to pure muscle so me working out basically keeps me in shape to keep eating what I want.
I also do push ups and small arm weights but recently I've noticed I'm becoming too vascular for my liking so I am cutting that out. But for a while there I didike my arms toned. :d
45 minutes of cardio, followed by bench press, incline bench press, chest flys, curls, bent over rows, overhead press, squats and deadlifts. My legs are a bit sore and wobbly.
I went up and down a steep hill all afternoon while picking apricots. I was also lugging around full bins of them while doing it. Cardio and weights? On the job workout! I ate way too much candy today though too...
bitch pls i have a petite latina bae. although she has a kid so we obviously have no future together.
I walked up about 120 flights of stairs today, and I also did 20 push ups. Tomorrow, I will do 25 push ups, the next day, thirty, and so on...
that's impressive. you'll be up to 835 push ups per day by the end of this year. end of next year you'll be at 2660 each day. i don't know when you'll have time to do anything else.
