um there is nothing we do that is easier than talking except maybe not doing it on a key board. People can talk for hours and not get fatigued but perhaps that is because they are not saying anything. Or were you doing callethenics or what ever you call it.

Well if I can't sleep, get up out of bed, make some tea, pick up a book, boring book is ok, tell your body is ready to sleep again. Don't stress about trying to sleep again.

I have to learn tools to sleep, which will take a long time, instead thinking; I have to sleep now, which never works cause my mind doesn't need to sleep so I toss and turn.

That never works out.

 

Read, and sit.

Sit is meditation. I was given several cds, for a voice I can follow to concentrate certain body parts tell I exhale when its time.
