Trump has old money, the Kennedys ALL lived off the old man's money made during prohibition running moonshine and whiskey from canada. So new, made or handed down, who cares. He's rich as fuck and can do damn near anything he wants.
If people don't want to aspire to work and amass money and are fine with what they have, they have lost gumption in their lives. If I had a million, I'd want to make two!
Power is bought, if a powerful enough man runs the country, the small people can get in on the action too. That is if they are not too lazy to work harder for more.
The hippies and their movement is dead! Should have stayed beatnik, more would have gotten done. But, look at the country now, this is the 'hippie' fucked up version!

So if we are not basing our lives on greed, we have no initiative or courage.
The trickle down theory is the only thing that will work, so the more money the top have the better off the peons are. In theory the small people will benefit the most when Donald owns everything 100% including those small people. They're just lazy anyway, that's why they don't have a million dollars.

Obviously Yogi, you have no idea what the Beats, Hippies, or Freaks were about.

You called it. Over the weekend, Trump was 3% higher in the polls than last week, according to Chuck Todd. That's almost within the margin for error, but he definitely didn't drop any.

Comparing numbers before and after the debate, Carly Fiorina moved up the most. Bush, Walker, and Christie all dropped significantly.

If you want to know what God thinks of money, just look at Trump.

I internalized their views on the rich so long ago that I no longer think about where I first got it from, unless somebody reminds me.

This story moves so fast that it's hard to keep up. On the Today Show this morning, Trump said that Megyn Kelly owes him an apology!

I'm sure the ratings for her show will be huge tonight. People will want to see her reaction, but it will have to be quite understated. She isn't on HBO, so she can't tell him to go fuck himself, which is the natural reaction to his behavior, by any modern woman who isn't a doormat.

Of course, she's just a pawn in this story, caught in an epic GOP power struggle between Trump and the big money behind Fox News (Rupert Murdock and Roger Ailes).

Trump is supposed to be so good with numbers. Does he not understand the significance of writing off 53% of the registered voters in America? (female)

Last night, John Oliver put it all in perspective by reminding us that by election day, there will be babies born whose parents haven't met yet.

I have to admit, Trumps explanation of what he was saying actually does make sense.
As in, it makes more sense that after saying she had blood coming out of her eyes that the rest of his statement would've been "her nose, her ears".
It's the same as smoke coming out of your orifices.
He's right, it is a known saying... and makes more sense than saying "she had blood coming out of eyes... out of her vagina".

That being said, Trump is still a twat... I just don't think he was originally referring to menstruation in this case.

"he's rich as fuck and can do damn near anything he wants." And that's what it's all about. Let's not get into a discussion of morality--does not seem to matter these days.

Where? In the Northeast? I never hear that. From crude people, I commonly hear references made to women on their periods being bitchy. Trump should have known a lot of people would take it that way. "Wherever" sounds like a substitute for a word he thought he shouldn't say on television.

At the very least, he could say now, "I meant something else, and I'm sorry if my comment was unclear and offended anyone who took it the wrong way." But when you have the ego of a twelve year old boy, you'd rather be beaten half to death than to speak the words "I'm sorry".

Wars have been started by national leaders not thinking before they spoke.

But...how would anybody know when Megyn is on her period? She's bitchy all the time. Was he expecting something else from her? If so, he was a fool, and unprepared for the debate.

To me, she always has a facial expression that says, "I just ate three liberals for breakfast. Who wants to be my next victim?" That doesn't justify Trump's attitude. The press is supposed to be tough on candidates.

Heard Trump via phone on Morning Joe.

He said that Megyan should apologist to him, that he is the most militarist person there is and that he would commit troops to take over the Mideast oil fields, he draws bigger crowds than Bernie Sanders, and his whole life is based on the theory that he doesn't want to embarrasses people, he then complained about the lack of policy questions; but when asked several policy questions he refused to answer or evaded them....and so on.

I'm not sure where it originated or if it's common these days at all, but I do recall hearing something like it before.
He was talking about how mad she was, which relates to blood rushing to the head... so, blood from eyes makes sense.
And using "wherever", in that context, should naturally refer to other places on the head that blood could pour out of.

Please don't think I'm defending him.
I'm simply explaining how it makes much more sense for him to have meant other head holes instead of her vagina.
(Not to mention, the "fat, bloated, disgusting, pig" comments, which should really be getting the attention that this is!)

And yeah, of course he won't apologize... Trump doesn't apologize.
As you noted, Trump blames others.
And it's certainly not the behavior of a POTUS.

I get where people would jump the ellipses and go right to the... period. ;)
But, in this case, the context really does support his assertion that he was going to say "nose, ears, mouth".

Trump doesn't have a problem with anyone.
He just ignores them or makes fun of them.

To him, nobody is an obstacle, just a stepping stone.

But more seriously... that is surprising.
Regardless of what he meant by "wherever", he certainly does seem to have a problem with women.
Or rather, he has an issue with women being seen as equally capable human beings.

Nobody is even talking to him about re-tweeting the bimbo comment.

She declined to address the controversy on her show tonight in any significant way.

He speaks off the cuff like Jesus christ! Does he know or think before, who knows, but he's the man we need! If a war is started off of words, I'm more than happy to hear what he has to say considering the current shit bird!

He will help the poor all the way up. His force is around 70% of the country, blue collar works and the like. He don't owe her shit! If anything she should be lucky she still has a job the way the PC police and how much he has invested in America and media.

If what I say is a lie or stretch, go check facts yourself. If trump wants it, he will get it and it's obvious with all his clout and mouth being thrown around and respected. Mentioned above is proof alone, a career politician is not what we need and women still appeal to his nature.

I guess if a person is happy with what they have, so be it. I want to make as much as I can, enjoy it as much as I can, and leave my kid(s) a very easy future if they choose. I was raised to provide more than you were provided as did my parent and their parents. But if mediocre is good enough, to each their own.

I tune out on Repupblicans. When Bush was in office, I never listened to him, and switched my TV channel whenever he was on TV......I just do not have a stomach for it.

I used to think Raygun was the next antichrist. Then I thought Shrub was. Now I think Trump may be the next antichrist. if you take Trump's campaign slogan "Let's make America great again" and replace the word America with the work Germany, you have the same slogan Hitler used. And he's already talking about invading Iran and Iraq, and taking over their oil fields. You gotta admit, he's a silver tongued devil. He can say the most evil things, and millions love it.

Maybe they will go with an all male journalist panel, since Trump doesn't like being questioned about his treatment of women. Fuck, they could just let him pick his own questions next time. Or no questions at all. Just let him talk about whatever he wants.

Reality check: Fox upper management hates Trump. He'll be lucky if he avoids getting roasted by Bill O'Reilly at a debate.

I think the GOP is capable of producing an unlimited number.

Trump seems like the candidate most likely to push America into the outright fascism it has been on the verge of since the 80s. He IS a joke, but he is also introducing a lot of dangerous ideas into mainstream debate and if people don't take him seriously then we could definitely end up with a president even worse than W.

This is one time when I'm glad that the elections are probably rigged... because it could always be worse.
