It must be pretty freakin horrible for him to take THIS as a plea deal. People who rape children should be beaten repeatedly and often.

Not defending him or anything, just that peopl hear "child pornography" assume it means 1000s of kiddy pics, but only judiciary are privvy to the details, he gets a plea deal, or sentenced but just gets a slap on the wrist...then everybody is like a wtf there must be some conspiracy

 

Not sure what is fair about this statement? It is not forbidden to acknowledge some kids have already a strong sex appeal. It doesn't validate giving in to an urge to collect child porn or have sex with them in any way.

Well, perhaps only if one is a few months above the legal age and the 'kid' a few below that. Those are the tricky situations. But that seems not to be the issue here.

That's actually my daddy's line about most older guys who wear glasses. lol, I remember growing up and everything daddy said was silly and stupid and now I use all his quotes and humor.

 

Maybe he is a child sex offender. But that doesn't necessarily mean his campaign against childhood obesity had only ill motives. What so many people fail to accept is the fact that even pedophiles are human beings, and they struggle with their own issues just like everyone else. Perhaps Jared really did care to help children, maybe as a means to soothe his own guilty conscience. In any case, it's a shame to see him at such a low point in his life.

There is a type of plea (I forget the name) where you plead guilty because no matter how innocent you really are, there could be enough evidence that could convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty.

And at the same time, just because they say he did it does not mean he did. People feed off the attention they get when they help put someone away, To them it does not matter what the truth is.

 

The thing is Logan he has confessed. He is seeing a world renowned shrink over it. And is paying out $1.4 million to "Victims". So I'm pretty sure he is guilty.

Man, that is like so totally fucked up. AFAIC anytime you have a pedo that confesses or is caught red-handed you should just take them out in the back alley and bust a cap in them. How much does a .45 ACP cost? Maybe a buck.? Compared to how long he's gonna be in prison?
