    Great idea. Then when they have some huge conference where they are all together for an extended period of time so all the cycles get in sync, and then after that every 28 days WWIII will be looming around the corner.

    They could have done a lot worse. It is easy to be amazed if you focus on all the good parts of our societies. But I'm ready for an all female governmental experiment :sunny:

    In general, I think women care more than men. But then, there's PMS....hot flashes....and women are more susceptible to depression. But I doubt they could do any worse. I don't think the Muslim world, or the Chinese are going to let women run things. Probably not the Russians either.
