The weather was perfect, with cool air and blue sunny skies. Spent a few hours on the Nude Beach with Michel, then had a moment of intimacy at my place (Not as much as in that glass, but damn near close). Went back out in early evening for drinks at a hotel on Miami Beach & dinner.

TRUE STORY

Today, while out running, I went to the local store to pick up a few things from their produce section. I need a cucumber for my salad and going to have pasta with tomato sauce so wanted to put a zucchini squash in it. Then I found this nice ripe banana to put in my yogurt for lunch. That is all I bought and at the checkout line wondered if the cashier had as prurient a mind as I would.

So just spreading the info I took notice of: if a cucumber is not organically grown you are basically poisoning yourself slightly these days. An unorganic cucumber is not that healthy (mostly water anyway).

So I encourage inserting it in something other than your mouth

In two days I am going on a Caribbean Cruise. Many of you know that I took an ill-fated cruise to the Hawaiian Islands in November where the ship lost a generator. For anyone taking a cruise I would suggest you pack a flashlight. Something I learned from that trip..

It was 5 AM and I was up having coffee with a dozen other old men but for those below deck, still in bed or getting up, it took a while to get the electric on to all parts of the ship. Those ppl were in total darkness in their cabins.

Yesterday, I bought a penlight to pack whenever taking a cruise. I always get inside cabins, which are totally dark when the lights go out. I like sleeping in total darkness, but when getting up to use the toilet, I hate turning on a big light, so now I can get a little light to navigate the room in the darkness. Well, I guess most iphones give enuf light to dress by, but since I don't have one of those, I now have my penlight.

 

Bought this poster while I was at school today, opted for a protein bar instead of buying Chick-fil-A ...
