I like your all caps u/n GLEN.

I like a u/n that begins with a capital, at least. Even when they don't, when I'm talking to someone or referring to them, I still start their u/n with a capital...and oddly enough each member was aware when I was speaking to them or referring to them. Way back when schools actually taught spelling, punctuation and such; names began with a capital letter. Through the years, that is something I've become quite used to.

 

Because I don't want to be the only one answering it.

I like Happy User names Like Roamy , Katkin ,Moonglow Things Like that I dont like the Perv'y or Harsh sounding ones

I don't like my username. I want to change it, but can't think of a good substitute.

There was someone who posted here for a few months, her username was: CoZMiC WiZDoM RaW VeGaN

Which I always thought was funny. The random capitalization, the length, the misspelling of the word wisdom. What's not to like?

 

I've always been partial to Scroaty McBoogerballs. If he's not on here I noticed he's on Linked in. Hope that counts?

On here I guess I like names with a bit of wordplay like Justin Hale etc. the most. I'm not that fond of my own anymore either but most new ones I come up with at first seem kind of pretentious later And I can only change my username one more time so if it's gonna be a funny play on words I have to be sure I'm gonna like it later on as well. So... I'm sticking with the one people know me by for now.

 

not sure i understand the question. people i only know from online and have never met otherwise, well that's just what that is. i like the ones i use for myself. i have only one on here, which i use everywhere i can, including where i can in real life. but i've also gone by fingol, nedtimamim/dreamtoucher, and a crystaline entity pretty generically known simply as 'person'. and then there's zymphrumple op cargh. zymph the wanderer for short. dreamtoucher was from/for, warp's elfquest universe, and fingol o garanglas was from my once upon a time involvement with the society for creative anachronism. person was inspired by mccaffery's crystal singer series. themnax of lananara, is a name i apply to my true self currently, but also my however many previous lives on other worlds.

i guess what names other people use that i find interesting, or is it about the people who use them. this would have to be two seperate things.

not everyone i'm inclined to like has very interesting names and not everyone who has interesting sounding names seems like someone i would want to know.

maybe i'll do a two column thing for that, sometime later after i think about it more, and if the thread is still around once i do.

yeah, me, too.....and if I think about it some more...there are many usernames I like...Yours is one....Morrow...Beach Ball.....expanse, hotwater, old tiger, etc., etc.... I like the ones I can remember and not have to shorthand it to first initial as i don't even remember the word or how to spell it....

but happy, comical names work for me, also...

 

i used to like mine a lot more back when it was just silly. then the site changed and masturbation became far and away the number one reason that people join, and now i'm afraid i look like one of those people. i'm not changing it though.

 

I've always liked your name.

 

Iminmyunderwear (undies for short) and Pressed Rat are my two favourite user names.

I used to really like mine, but I think I'm going to change it to Konstantine as soon as I'm allowed another user name change.
