Yeah I'd say that counts. This song is definitely parodying something to do with love... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHKS6rKU2nw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUUc4Cq5NJc Nearly every Steel Panther song fits this description: Eatin' Ain't Cheatin', Do You Really Really Love Me?, Community Property, It Won't Suck Itself...
I do really like this band. They were an indie pop act, and I really love the lyrics of their songs. They're intelligent, and they have something to say. This song is about those "coupley" couples if you know what I mean, who wear matching outfits and live in each others shoes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykftnIhTYVw
They sure are playing some great tunes on my radio station here today, but the last 3 songs I just heard would be most appropriate in this thread, I think..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4b-7GNcpJs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jzqx4Mf4lE

there was i filk to the same tune which replaced the phrase "you're so vain" with the phrase "you're mundane". wish i could remember the rest of the words to it. they weren't tnat much different then the origeonal intent, just made more the point of how twitoid mundaneness really is.
