You need to make a solution with a little water and a lot of oil. They don't mix, but for what I have in mind, it'll do. You'll also need a soft, brand new sponge and a stainless steel thing to make tea (it looks like an egg, with lots of holes). If you don't have it, try with a spoon, but it won't be the same as with the tea thingy.

Heat the solution and the spoon (or tea thingy) to 36 C. That's enough, because you don't wanna burn yourself.

Pierce the sponge to bury the spoon on it. But don't bury it all, because the spoon/tea thingy will be his tongue.Pour the solution on the sponge and the spoon. Use the sponge+spoon to caress your clit and the whole vagina area.

If you're using the spoon, instead of the tea thingy, you'll have to place it so that the smooth concave part of it is touching you.

If you'd fix the sponge with the spoon/or/vibrator on a handheld vacuum cleaner, you'd have the suction, too.

Another one to try is to cover the head of a handheld shower with a sponge and put the vibrator on it. However, even the best waterproof vibrator won't resist the jet. I put the vibrator into a ziplock bag and keep the jet to a minimum.

When I say about dipping the vibrator/spoon in the sponge, remember that a part of it should stick out, like a tongue would.
