this thunderstorm is bringing a weird feeling with it. it was so hot today, and this storm is very dry and charged. theres a little rain, but not much. but i feel really compressed. kid doesnt feel anything, but im like shit, are we about to be hit by lightning?

 

have you got metal plates etc. in your body at all?

I'm yet to feel shifts in the weather with my robot shoulder, but family members with back plates and metal joints would oft complain or talk about weather and how they could feel it in their bones.

 

nope, no metal plates. its more, electricity. ive always been pretty sensitive to the humming/ buzzing of electricity. its just so much weirder when its not coming from a locateable source, this electric box, that power pack, etc. nope, this was all around. most of it has passed now. i still have that panicky feeling. and i hate when it feels dry and charged, its like a half- breath warning of wildfire. of big danger.

A) left the house with enough time to reach their destination, plus time in case of delays (reduces rush)
B) paid FUCKING attention, put the phone down.
C) followed the standard rules of the road.

instead, every phone call, text message and notification is more important than the GIANT BLUDGEON you are supposed to be controlling, every person believes their destination is FAR more important than every other driver (but not important enough to leave on time for) and the rules dont apply to "me" look, the shoulder is open on the highway, i will just drive there, it looks like a lane to me! i can speed, because its late and there are fewer cars on the road. i dont see anyone coming, i dont want to wait for the light to change.

seriously. no matter how important a thing is, i would 100% rather be Late than THE LATE.

FROM my understanding back in the 70s and on, Colombian Gold was one of the more potent and at that time mroe exotic strains of cannabis in the US. I believe that it is one of the few original pure sativas. There is a name for such strains that are originally, not genetically, pure sativa or indica, because as we know kids, most strains these days are varying hybrids.Maybe such strains are called 'land race' strains or something.

Look up a video on youtube, called Colombian Gold, or seed hunters or something of that nature and a vvery interesting documentary will pop up.

To answer your question, I am sure some dispensaries do have the strain of that name, and it may very well be some super duper dank, however there are strains out there now that old heads from the 50s and 60s could only dream about, ive heard them refereed to as Alien Bud. hahaha.

what really pisses me off is when people leaving a sideroad or parking area use the center turning lane as a merge lane....that lane is not for entering traffic...its for people LEAVING traffic ....

you're supposed to directly enter the traffic lane ...not scoot into the center lane and then wait and block people who need to use it to make a proper left exit

 

Yeah I have seen that one once or twice. It's probably not the same genetics as the 70's they just know the brand name sells.

 

there are too many things that piss me off about other drivers to list here. it starts on my street. its about .25 mile straightaway. a lot of people try to see how fucking fast they can go (25 mph speed limit, its a neighborhood with a daycare at the end of the street) try to go around you when you try to pull into your driveway. then not leaving enough room for people to turn right while they are waiting to make their left. people blocking the sidestreets because of a red light (and that couple of car lengths is going to make All the difference). people on cell phones. people not getting over/ following proper tactics for getting out of the way of emergency vehicles. oh that pisses me right off! go through the light! boo hoo you have to go out of your way for a minute or two, someone could be dying! get the fuck outta the way!

Anyone live in SF or surrounding area? I will be up there from late tomorrow FRIDAY night 06/10 until midday MONDAY 06/13!!!!!!! The main difference that has all but been lost are the very unique qualities that were evident in strains from different places around the world.
Plus why the fuck in this high tech age can't I find any hash that remotely comes close the blonde Lebanese, red Lebanese, Nepalese fingers or good ol'e temple balls laced with opium that were abundant in the late 70's?
Most of the hash I find is meh in quality or isn't actually hash but an extract.

 

hate to disagree with ya partner, that ain't how chlorophyll works.
The "gold" weed is achieved by simply allowing the plant to mature, flower, die and dry in the ground,THEN you harvest.
That is why it had/has a spicy flavor to it because all the chlorophyll & sugars have been naturally used by the plant. No real need to cure it, it cured in ground.
Actually ALL the old school growers did that, let the plant die and dry in the ground, from Thailand to Mexico.

If you want gold buds, let the plant dry in the ground.
same principle as a maple leaf turning colors.
The only time I can recall that it was harvested while still green was if it was being pressed into bricks. The extra moisture would prevent it from crumbling into dust in the press and would help hold the brick together.

If by hash you mean kief which is all there was in the 70's (besides a few crazy people who made oil) that is still around out here. But wax is what people really want. It's strong but something is lost with the straight THC bomb to your head.
