I was really digging Columbo last night .. guy had his dogs attack someone and kill them. but Columbo tricked dude into saying the command word for attack and had dog trainer change the attack .. dude was floored when the dogs didnt attack Columbo but gave him a bunch of kisses instead..

he bought a quad last year and it seized up on his first ride....

so my job is to find out why and i found obvious telltale signs of backyard mechanic fuckgoofery ...someone was obviously inside this machine right before it got sold ..silicone is everywhere even on the timing chain ffs...having trouble splitting the case because of the seized crank but pretty sure im going to find oil passages plugged with silicone


basically long story short the parts he will need are more than machine is worth so either he's finding another engine or calling it a writeoff

i cant figure out the die grinder marks in the cylinder bore though...that shit just cant be explained

 

if its those kind bought at walmart family dollar yeah. what I do is make my own. i get all that carpet for free so I cut the little ones and then I take a rubberized silicone caulking to the back, make a couple s's let them dry and they dont move on slippy floors.

I'm seeing an old friend in the morning. I'm not very excited and I wish I could find an excuse not to see her. I don't have an excuse and I've got nothing really to do, but I'm just not interested. I haven't seen her for several years now. We were good friends as children, then we moved overseas. We kept in contact and when I came back home, but more grown etc. we weren't close or anything. Different people all of a sudden. She moved away, now she's doing some road trip and coming through my part of the country. She's bringing her new husband and a couple of kids with her. Yay. :unsure:

I figured we'd just go out for breakfast/brunch/coffee. I don't know. I'm just not feeling it.

Oh she's totally coming with me though. We don't really do things alone. One of my pool buddies has invited me to a party in October in his backyard. There's a big Motorsport weekend on around the globe and he said he'll have two simulators set up, an AFX slot car track plus a big screen outside and the BBQ. This guy also likes to roll in MDMA so I gather from some of his conversations. Seems right up my alley hehe.

Last night when I was playing pool and audjudicating matches I often looked over at my girl who was surrounded by all these guys and I thought, look at us go here with all of our new friends. it put a smile on my face. We seem to really get along with them and they're a great group of guys and they're all weird too which helps. Some weirder than others for sure, just in their qwerks, so then there's 8 in the team and we are all just weirdos together. It's good.
Yesterday we even went out for a little bit with one of them chasing Pokemon after pool league.

Guys were playing hockey down the block. Got in exactly one shift. I need to start checking if anyone is at the rink earlier.

 

My nephews played hockey. One of them was really good, while the other one dropped out. The good one screwed himself up with Meth so he quit playing.

 

That's sad. I had some fun times playing hockey with an altered state of mind. Never did meth though but I hear Agassi played tennis on it.
