I think what everyone is saying is if you feel so strongly about the people you work withs beliefs. Then you should feel strongly enough to not work with them.

 

Aka. You don't need to celebrate Christmas to enjoy yourself around people who do.

 

just wear Halloween stuff and tell people you're waiting for jack skellington. if they have anything to say, simply say you prefer his monstrous toys to the ones santa brings. usually people will decide you're too weird and drop it.

i did it to a family Christmas once. it was great fun

 

anyone who lives long enough gets called everything anyone else can think of.
and that goes for wherever they're actually coming from,
and whether there's any connection or not.

so i mean, its just another bullshit name humans have made up,
for things nothing human knows a jack damd thing about.

i don't see a problem with enjoying a belated free solstice dinner,
and equally none with turning it down if one is so inclined.
