Penalties for growing at home will be huge surely? You will be doing the government out of money! We all know how they don't like that!

But yeah! It will increase home growers! Because no one can afford it!

The people who want to open stores here are businessmen. They don't like the green but they do like the green of cash. So their stuff is not the best. The little guy grower who has a passion for it and knows what he is doing does not have the funds to have a shop but a lot of them kept their customers.
